Maintain the lawn, garden beds, indoor plants, water features and pool.
Control of problem nesting birds.
Boat and vehicle inspection.
Key and mail holding facility.
Provide thorough client feedback. Included are digital photos of your home and any maintenance issues which may need to be addressed and obtained quotes.
WH will deal directly with your property's alarm/security company and be contacted immediately and respond should the alarm be activated.
WH will carry out an inspection on any issue raised by the client about their property.
EXTRA SERVICES:
Facilitation/supervision of maintenance, renovation and repair projects.
Facilitation/supervision of specialized gardening services and landscaping.
Facilitation/supervision of specialized plumbing and electrical services.
Facilitation of vehicle/boat cleaning, servicing, repairs and licensing.
Inventory assessment and replacement.
Refuse and rubble removal.
Flushing of blocked gutters and down pipes.
All consumables or goods supplied in respect of or arising from the Services shall be treated as an Extra Service.
