Questions and Answers

  • Q - How do I know if you have carried out a service?
    A – WH will take and send digital photos of your property each time a service is carried out.

  • Q – How will I provide you with the information on my home?
    A – You can email me the information or call me on my cell. If you are in your holiday home at the time I will come and see you personally and discuss the Service.

  • Q - Will I pay every time you carry out a service and every time I come down on holiday?
    A – No, a monthly retainer will be paid based on the clients needs, this will be quoted on.

  • Q – What if I want you to keep my boat clean, serviced and licensed?
    A – WH will inspect your boat regularly. As an extra service we will even have it cleaned, licensed, fuelled and in the water for you at your jetty/mooring upon arrival so all you have to do is jump in and start your holiday! (Any major repairs or services that need to be carried out by Marine mechanics will first be confirmed by you and then treated as an extra service.)

  • Q – What if I would like you to stock my fridge and pantry before I get down to my holiday home?
    A – You email your shopping list to us the week before you take occupancy and we make sure everything is fresh and neatly packed in its place upon arrival.

  • Q – So are you a garden service company?
    A – No we are not, but as part of our Service package we will keep your lawn and garden beds neatly manicured.

  • Q – So what happens if you detect the smell of a blocked drain during a routine inspection?
    A – WH will try and find the source of the smell and fix the problem there and then. If however it turns out to be a major blockage which requires a plumbing contractor to be called out, WH will obtain the best possible quote for you and only on your consent will any contract work be carried out. WH will supervise the contract work as an extra service provided.
